Reading the PostScript version of the book
Install on your machine ghostview or some other program that displays PostScript files and sends them to a printer.

From Microsoft Windows, if you happen to own Acrobat Destiller (that costs real money), but no PostScript reader: right click on the link. Choose "save link as" and save it in a file. Then open the ps file in Adobe Distiller. It will then reformat the ps file to pdf format. Then view with Adobe Reader, or print.

If your browser plugins do not recognize postscript and/or pdf, save them and read them with GSview, gv or whatever.
