Beans army style
1/2 kg kidney beans
200 gr of hot smoked salamy
200 gr of smoked salamy
2 large onions
4 table spoons of oil
1/2 tea spoon of chilli
salt and paper
fresh white bread and cucambers pickled in vinigar to go with
Put beans in the water for one day.
Fry chopped onions with oil until brown.
Add chunks of smoked salamy and dried beans and fry for 20 min.
Add salt and papper, sweet paprika, chilli. Cover well with water and cook until the beans are soft (app. 1 hr).
